My brother told me to visit Petron on Aurora as their price for an alignment is only 300 bucks. But when I got there, I asked for the price and it was no different from Servitek's near my house... P1,200. That sucked... Well I was already there, so might as well have it done...

You see I'm not really into cars and I really don't know a lot about them. Like when a mechanic tries to explain to me what the problem is and describes how he's gonna fix it... It doesn't register in my head. I just say "OK, so how much does it cost?" To think I went to La Salle Green Hills where we had an automotive class. I guess it's just not my thing. It wasn't even five minutes into the repair and I was already bored... So I walked across the street to buy a newspaper.
As a kid, I'd always pass the Broadway Centrum on my way to my lola's bakeshop in Ermita, but I couldn't remember when I actually went inside it. Ah, I remember now, I was 17 back then, and I was with my brother Wowie for their performance for Kuya Germs' GMA Supershow. You see, my brother was part of the Philippines' first ever boyband - Boys will be Boys.
I was surprised to find a really long line of people outside Broadway at 8:30 am. What was going on? I went near the people lined up just to find out what they were lining up for. I saw a guy holding pictures of Joey de Leon. Apparently, the were all waiting to get in the studio to watch Eat Bulaga live... Don't these people have work?? Apparently not...
After finishing the paper, the mechanic still wasn't done... I was getting REAL bored. So I went around the service area and found some refreshments for sale... You know what drink I went for?

Ahhhh yes... I had a can of San Mig light and some snacks. Felt like an early morning in Bohol... The only thing missing was my baby girl. I haven't seen her in 5 days. It's almost 2:30. Time to pick her up... :)
