Surprise, surprise...

I guess I'm not the only one surprised with Sanjaya Malakar still being in the American Idol race... (And he's not only in it, it looks like the kid has a big shot to actually win it!) His ugly mug was even featured today on CNN (under Why is 'Idol' Sanjaya so popular)!

When I saw Idol's first few episodes, I thought to myself, this Indian fruitcake has no chance... Sorry for bashing your countryman (or girl) Amit... His performances are dull and lifeless, his voice sounds ordinary, the eyebrows are just too much, I could go on and on you know... I just don't see how he could stay this long on the show.

But now, I actually want him to win. Why? Because I don't want Melinda Doolittle to win. Melinda Doolittle is sooooooo fake. Simon finally saw through her and told her tonight - Don't give us that "Really??? I'm good???" look!
